FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: system has laser surgical apparatus with microprocessor control unit, optical unit, power supply unit and cooling system. Laser surgical system also includes light-guide instrument and optical line connecting light-guide instrument with optical unit. System includes remote starting controller and remote control terminals including controller and connector for coupling of light-guide instrument to optical communication line. Optical unit contains several radiators which generate radiation in continuous or frequency mode, in visible or infrared range of spectrum. Microprocessor control unit, remote starting controller, optical unit, power supply unit, and cooling system are positioned in production room. Terminals and light-guide instrument are installed in operating rooms. Terminals are manufactured for installation on them illuminator, device for removal of products of interaction of laser radiation with biological tissue, and device for cooling of light-guide instrument. Main-line light guides are made as monofiber light guides manufactured of quartz glass with transmission at all generated wavelengths. Terminals are positioned at distance of up to 50 m from production room. System allows performance of operations in several operating rooms with different radiation parameters for specific surgical situation. EFFECT: improved design. 4 cl, 1 dwg
