FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves applying submucous excision of cicatricial tissues in interfold and subfold space of the larynx and partial bilateral resection of arytenoid cartilage and vocal muscles by means of surgical instrument in endoscopic access under microscope control. Endoprosthesis is introduced into the larynx lumen for 5-6 days. EFFECT: accelerated treatment course; low risk of traumatic injuries.
