SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of placing blank in the form of ring coaxially relative to die opening, turning blank inside out (due to deforming it by means of punch with cone inlet portion) inside die with cone inlet portion at introducing punch inside die hole and extracting cylindrical ring out of die. Inclination angle α of generatrix of cone surface of inlet portion of die relative to its lengthwise axis; height h(m) of cone surface of inlet portion of die along its lengthwise axis; inclination angle β of generatrix of cone surface of inlet portion of punch relative to its cross axis, dimensions of blank are set in process. Cylindrical ring is extracted out of die through small-diameter hole of inlet portion by action of gravity.
