FIELD: mining and construction. SUBSTANCE: invention is aimed at increasing efficiency of powder explosive composition due to reduced critical diameter of detonation, higher sensitivity to detonation pulse (lower consumption of detonation initiator), better application conditions, fluidity within temperatures from plus to minus 50 C, lower cost, constant composition components and detonation parameters, wider use of application, wider range and greater volume of manufacture of explosives. Powder explosive composition comprises, wt. -%: sensitizer in the form of 45-65% aqueous or aqueous glycol solution of inorganic oxidizer or mixture thereof with trotyl at ratios from 1:3 to 1:10, 2.0-3.0; and smokeless powder, 70.0-98.0.
