FIELD: explosives. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to gunpowder explosive compositions based on reused smokeless gun-powders, hexogen- and octogen-type explosives. Composition of invention contains smokeless pyroxylin or ballistite artillery powder or smokeless solid fuel with particle size up to 50 mm or any of their mixtures, powder-like hexogen or octogen, or mixture thereof, saturated aqueous or water-glycol solution of ammonium nitrate or mixture thereof with liquid petroleum derivative, and moistening surfactant. Preparation procedure comprises treatment of dibasic fuel with phlegmatizer and mixing it with phlegmatized sensitizer. EFFECT: increased explosive efficiency, improved preparation, transportation, and employment safety, enabled formation of continuous explosive charge column in watered borehole, reduced critical detonation diameter, and widened application area. 11 cl, 1 tbl
