SUBSTANCE: proposed water-containing explosive compound includes oxidizer - ammonium nitrate, explosive sensitizing agent - mixture of explosive in form of powder or pieces of any form, or granulaes, or cylindrical pots; used as explosive is hexogen or phlegmatized hexogen, or mixture of phlegmatized hexogen and aluminum, or alloy of hexogen, trotyl and aluminum, or alloy of hexogen and trotyl, or trotyl; used as powder is grained nitrocellulose powder or ground pyroxylin or ballistic powder, or their mixture; used as thickening agent is polyacryl amide and used as cross- linking agent is sulfate aluminum or ferric sulfate, organic fuel which are dissolved in water-soluble salts of metal or their mixture and water.

EFFECT: enhanced detonating ability and energy of explosion; increased, life of explosive.
