SUBSTANCE: plant has several conveyer belts/belt guides, transport system for conveying structural members, continuous furnace incorporating conveyer belt for passing structural members through it and heating system for raising temperature of structural members to annealing point, as well as structural member hardening device holding hardening liquid and placed downstream of continuous furnace, cleaning and drying system abutting against hardening device through which structural members are transported by means of conveyer belt to process control system.
