FIELD: evaporation of liquids effected by means of evaporator which functions as heat exchanger. SUBSTANCE: hydrogen is first evaporated in supply section and is superheated as a result to definite degree. Then it is returned along surface and is used as intermediate layer for transfer of heat. Supply passage for medium to be evaporated is connected with return passage through slit. Return passage is used as intermediate layer and is connected with outlet. Proposed method may be employed with evaporator having very low weight owing to which media may be processed at various extreme temperatures. EFFECT: enhanced reliability and efficiency. 9 cl, 4 dwg
