FIELD: fuel combustion processes. SUBSTANCE: for diffusion combustion of hydrogen the latter and oxidizing agent are fed to burner; in the process, main flow depends on direction of oxidizing agent while hydrogen usually flowing crosswise and perpendicular to main flow is distributed among combustion zones; novelty is that used as oxidizing agent is air and crosswise flow depends on finely dispersed distribution among great number of combustion microzones. In spite of greater number of combustion zones process charges remain at same level. EFFECT: reduced emission of nitric oxides. 33 cl, 5 dwg
