FIELD: metallurgy, manufacture of especially loaded parts with directionally crystallized and monocrystalline structure from heat-proof materials of new class based on intermetallic. SUBSTANCE: patented method of heat treatment of alloys based on alloyed intermetallic Ni3Al includes annealing at temperature 1180- 1220 C in the course of 4.0-8.0 h, cooling in air, annealing at temperature 900-1100 C in the course of 20.0-30.0 h, cooling in air and annealing at temperature 480-520 C in the course of 40.0-60.0 h followed by cooling in air. Given method ensures increased impact elasticity and heat resistance at temperatures above 1000 C with conservation of complex of physical and mechanical properties within temperature interval from 20 to 1000 C which makes it possible to prolong service life and reliability of high- temperature parts such as nozzle guide vanes, screens of combustion chambers and so on in hot passages of gas-turbine engines by 4.5-5.0 times. EFFECT: prolonged service life and reliability of high-temperature parts in hot passages of gas-turbine engines. 3 tbl
