FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to metallurgy, namely to casting alloys based on Ni3Al intermetallic compound designed for manufacturing of gas turbine motor parts for aviation industry, such as nozzle and working blades, units of nozzle blades, segments of combustion chamber, shutters, by the method of directed crystallisation and mono-crystal casting. Alloy based on Ni3Al intermetallic compound contains, wt %: Al 8.1-8.8, Cr 3.5-4.5, Mo 5.0-6.5, W 2.7-3.5, Ti 0.5-1.5, Ta 2.0-5.0, Re 1.0-2.0, Co 4.0-7.0, C 0.015-0.08, La 0.015-0.15, Hf 0.3-0.6, Pr 0.01-0.2, the rest is Ni and inadvertent impurities.
EFFECT: alloy shows improved resistance to low-cycle fatigue and sulphide and oxide corrosion, high operation life.
