FIELD: electrical engineering; electromechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: non-transposed end portion of single- turn coil of electrical-machine double-layer winding is proposed to be made of separate conductor of transposed Rebel bar confined within transposition region of (90 + 45) deg. from line of conductor bend in center of transition from column to column. Process of insulating end portions with tape and their tight placement for adjacent single-turn coils can be mechanized. The invention can be likewise used for equalizing connections of electrical-machine windings. EFFECT: reduced mass and size of machine, facilitated manufacture. 7 dwg
