FIELD: electric engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of electric engineering, namely to engines with improved excitation winding at stator. Method for manufacturing of electric machine stator multilayer winding consists in the fact that at first coils are moulded on template, then coils are assembled in windings, afterwards windings are laid in stator core, and then windings are serially connected. Coils used are template single-turn coils, which are then serially connected into wave windings, afterwards produced wave windings are laid one onto another and are connected serially into multilayer winding.
EFFECT: invention provides for simplified technology of stator winding manufacturing, simplified execution of coils insulation in process of stator winding manufacturing, and also production of required geometric shape and precise dimensions of winding.
