FIELD: radio engineering, in particular, stages for output power amplifiers. SUBSTANCE: device has identical N-channel divider and power adder, which are designed as serial circuit of (N-1) directional couplers with different transient attenuation levels, where N is greater than 2. Outputs of divider and inputs of adder are connected through N amplification units, which identical in their design. In addition directional couplers have two stubs. Extreme channels of device have two identical delay lines. This results in possibility to eliminate welding inside directional couplers. EFFECT: possibility of required load alignment for separate constituents of total signal and planar topology of microstrip substrates of divider and adder; maximal possible level of device reliability. 2 dwg
