FIELD: high-temperature non-metal materials. SUBSTANCE: method involves manufacturing said element from current-conducting material, which compression factor is within range of 2.4-2.8 and which is diluted by dielectric within range of 5- 45 % by weight. Said material is spread over generatrix of cylindrical surface of tube sections using following ratio and sequence of sections: current feeding circuit / intermediate section / active section/ intermediate section/ current feeding circuit 5-8 / 2/ 8/ 2/ 5-8. Then method involves mechanical pressing under pressure of at least 2 MPa and hydrostatic pressing under pressure of at least 80- 100 MPa to achieve density of 1.-09-1.12 / 1.03-1.06 / 0.80-1.00 in, respectively, current feeding circuit, intermediate and active sections of element.
