FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: may be used at higher temperatures in aggressive mediums as filters for cleaning of gases, solutions, carriers of catalysts, heat insulation. Polymer matrix with system of interconnected open pores is molded from spherical paraffin granules by means of their vibration and prepressing. Pores of matrix are impregnated with nonsolvent fluid mass that contains process binding agent, water and ceramic powder. Drying is carried out to give strength to fluid mass. Paraffin matrix is removed by means of melting with generation of highly permeable pores system in its place, and produced material is strengthened.

EFFECT: simplification of technology, improvement of production ecology and provision of possibility to strengthen blank by means of hydrostatic pressing.
