SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of preparing drugs with mineral filling agent, definite release type showing Bactericidal and wound-healing effect and used in veterinary science. Method involves preparing a mixture consisting of an active component and mineral filling agent. Mixing is carried out by crushing and grinding followed by use at solid state. Ready mixture is packaged into hermetic transparent crate (thickness is 1.5 cm) followed by irradiation by ultraviolet rays (wavelength is 10-300 nm) for 90 min, not less. An active component: a mixture of metal iodides and other mineral salts. Filling agent is chalk and components are used at the following mass ratio, mg/kg: iodine 18.0; copper 0.97; iron 5.12; manganese 1.12; zinc 0.05; cadmium 0.44; lead 8.25; water 35 x 10⁶, and chalk as a filling agent - the rest.
