Slotted shaft 5 positioned in channel 4 has cutting members 6 and scoops 7 attached to shaft 5. Wood rotten parts removal device 8 has flexible member 9 abutting against slotted shaft 5. Spherical pivot joint 11 has slotted part with cutting members and movable part with pivot joints 15. Ends of flexible cutting members 16 and resilient material are attached to pivot joint 15.
