FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: proposed device has rotary spool unit one spool member of which is made for turning under action of controls, and position of other spool member is adjusted by means of measuring engine. Control throttle together with series throttle form series circuit independent from intake manifold of control engine and connected between pressure source and reservoir. Control throttle has closing characteristic which passes actually over entire working range of spool member turning angle. Control signal is taken off between series throttle and control throttle.
