SUBSTANCE: fluid flow system comprises a household flow channel connecting the outlet of the discharge unit to the household fluid supply, wherein there is a heat exchanger comprising a secondary flow channel connected to the household flow channel, the discharge unit is connected to the outlet of the flow channel of the secondary circuit, while there is a flow setting means allowing the user to open and close the flow adjustment means connected to the household flow channel, said flow system further comprises heating flow adjustment means for controlling the flow rate of the heat exchanging fluid through the channel of the primary circuit of said heat exchanger, wherein said system comprises means ensuring that said means for adjusting the heating flow is open only when there is a flow through the said household flow channel.

EFFECT: it is guaranteed that the heating fluid only flows when there is a need for a heated domestic fluid, so that the unused heat from the heat exchange fluid flowing in the primary circuit is not consumed when it is not needed.
