FIELD: mining industry. SUBSTANCE: according to method, casing pipe string is installed in drilled bore-hole and is cemented there. Then casing string is perforated with creating zone of higher permeability in bottom-hole zone of bed. Perforating operation is effected by delivering high-velocity flow of liquid containing abrasive material through jet-forming head-pieces. Abrasive material is delivered in air stream which is ejected by high-pressure jet concentrically to it. Destruction of bed materials with creating zone of higher permeability is effected both due to abrasive material and due to sand fraction in bed materials. Device for realization of aforesaid method is made up of body which accommodates at least one jet-forming head-piece. High-velocity flow with abrasive material is obtained due to mixing of abrasive material with air stream in mixing chamber and delivery of abrasive material to jet-forming head-pieces through ejector and swirling unit. Application of aforesaid method and device ensures higher productive capacity in creating zone of higher permeability. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 2 cl, 2 dwg
