FIELD: gastroenterology. SUBSTANCE: invention aims at developing method of separate determination of pepsin and triptase proteolysis within gastroduodenal area. To that aim, two-canal substrate chain is formed, the first canal of which is filled with a protein highly sensitive to activity of pancreatic proteases and the second one with a protein highly sensitive to activity of pancreatic proteases and low-sensitive to pepsin activity. Ratio of protein hydrolysis in the first canal to that in the second one superior to 1 indicates predominance of pepsin proteolysis and, below 1, triptase proteolysis.
