FIELD: medical engineering; traumatology; arthrology. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has heat-insulated housing with reservoir filled with liquid cryogen and provided with full-in channel on cover and with operating open-type end piece on outlet channel. Distributing-evaporating unit is positioned in reservoir. It is made as at least on flow splitter mounted on studs on side of fill-in channel above every bushing of at least one separating partition. Bead of every bushing is directed towards fill-in channel made as length of tube which vacant end enters reservoir cavity. Outlet channel is also made as tube section which part is arranged in reservoir and fitted with outlet flow splitter installed above it. Apparatus also has cold-production control system with fan positioned on its cover. Construction of distributing evaporating unit allows apparatus operation in any position. EFFECT: quick setting up of operating mode at maximum low temperature of flow. 12 cl, 2 dwg
