FIELD: medical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: device has cryogenic instrument connected to device for supplying cooling agent from cooling agent source in dosed manner via cryogenic conduit having canals for supplying and discharging the cooling agent. The cryogenic instrument has device type setter, heater, temperature probe and control unit which inputs are connected to the device type setter and outputs to device for supplying cooling agent in dosed manner and heater. The device additionally has reversed cooling agent flow valve connected to the cryogenic instrument via the canal for discharging cooling agent connected to the valve via the device type setter. The cryogenic instrument has transition unit allowing removable headpieces to be attached to the cryogenic instrument.
