FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to water treatment appliances and may be used in household conditions. Proposed apparatus comprises working vessel 4 with taper bottom provided with water drain hole 5, thermo electrical module 2 to freeze water and to melt ice, treated water collecting vessel 15, vessel 16 to collect water with impurities and increased content of deuterium, thermo electrical module control unit 26 and water drain system with drain branch pipes. Working vessel inner space is formed by thermo electrical module 22 tightly connected with hydraulic distribution panel 3 that doubles as working vessel bottom. Thermo electrical module comprises several thermo electrical modules arranged in evacuated tight chamber formed by ribbed outer and inner walls 6 and 8, respectively, arranged atop thermo electrical module. Filler neck 11 with blower 12 is arranged atop thermo electrical module. Hydraulic distribution system comprises valve, two flow distributors and fine filter intercommunicated via channels.

EFFECT: higher filtration efficiency and capacity.
