FIELD: medicine, in particular, cosmetology; may be used for reduction of mimic wrinkles. SUBSTANCE: method includes introduction of botulin neurotoxin of A type in the amount not more than 100 units per procedure. Preparation is punctuatedly introduced in relaxed mimic muscle at the rate not more than 5 units of preparation in one point and not more than 50 units per region of one wrinkle of patient being in vertical position. Interval between procedures is not more than 3 months. Treatment is required 2-4 procedures per year.
