FIELD: medicine; cosmetology.
SUBSTANCE: facial movements of the patient’s face and neck are analyzed when performing actions associated with the transmission of emotional patterns. After the antiseptic treatment, the prick-in points are marked on the patient's face. Solution of botulinum toxin type A—Botox or Myotox is prepared by adding 0.9% physiologic saline to vial marked 100 units. Series of intramuscular and intradermal injections is performed with the obtained preparation in amount of 100 units, at preset points in groups of facial muscles, using insulin syringes: 20 units of the preparation for the eyebrow zone is introduced into five points: to a point in the center of m. procerus, under the lower inner edge of the eyebrow in m. corrugator supercilii and m. depressor supercilii dextra et sinistra on the right and on the left—two points, 1.5 cm above the upper bone edge of the orbit at the point of the corrugator retraction during frowning, medial to the midpupillary vertical line to the point of skin attachment m. corrugator supercilii dextra et sinistra on the right and on the left—two points. 20 units are introduced into five points of the forehead area, as shown in Fig. 1. 24 units are introduced into 6 points, located in the upper lateral quadrant of pars orbitalis musculus orbicularis oculi on the right and on the left: for this purpose, having retreated 1 cm from the outer bone edge of the orbit, a vertical line is drawn, the first point of introduction is located at the intersection of this vertical line and the horizontal line passing through the internal angles of the eyes, the second point of introduction is located 1 cm above the first point along the drawn line. Third point of introduction is marked in the middle between two first points and 0.5 cm laterally. Then, the lower one-third of the face is marked: a vertical line is drawn downwards from the corner of the mouth to the edge of the lower jaw; this line is divided into three equal parts: 1 cm laterally are spaced from the point on the border of the middle and lower parts of the line, and two points are marked to the right of the corner of the mouth and to the left of the corner of the mouth. Then 36 units are administered by intramuscular and intradermal injections according to the following marking: point is marked along the edge of the lower jaw in front of the jowl on the right and on the left and behind the jowl on the right and on the left. Further, a point under the jowl is marked on m. platysma—eight points. Then points along the platysma cords and along the clavicle on the right and on the left are marked.
EFFECT: method enables to reduce the severity of mimic wrinkles, improve the volumetric configuration of the oval, reduce the severity of jowls and sharpen the contour of the patient's face, allows to slow down the visible effects of the aging process on the face and neck, while having a long-lasting effect, which minimizes the need for frequent correction and reduces the risk of secondary numbness.
