FIELD: medicine, neurology. SUBSTANCE: method involves the use of an aqueous solution of 1-deamino-8-D-arginine-vasopressin that is administrated to patient by intranasal route by drops at amount (1-2) x 10-7 g per a dose, 1-2 times per a day for 3-6 days at breaks for 3-6 days and this administration is repeated for 1-2 months. Method can be used in logopedics and for treatment of patients after insult and brain traumas. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment.
