FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out electroneurostimulation with neuroimpulse direct current applied to hands using outer electrode. Next to it, sensory zones of oral speech are acted within four-stage treatment comprising medical training exercises, mechanotherapy applied immediately after the training with domestic things being used and medical singing procedure. All medical exercises and exercises with domestic things are performed on the background of medical singing procedure keeping the same tempo as it is determined by selected song. The medical exercises and mechanotherapy with domestic things are done with paretic extremity. The medical exercises and mechanotherapy are carried out with the left hand if the patient is left-handed.
EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment.
