With a total of three out of five points on the IUI criteria scale: burdened obstetric and gynecological history: chronic endometritis, non-developing pregnancy, induced abortion, spontaneous miscarriages, premature birth - 1 point; cervicitis - 1 point; persistent threat of abortion - 1 point; violation of utero-fetal blood flow - 1 point; changes in the fetoplacental complex during ultrasound examination: structural changes in the placenta, an abnormal amount of water - 1 point, and the level of matrix metalloproteinase MMP-8 more than 17 ng/ml in the cervical mucus in the patient is diagnosed with subclinical IUI.

EFFECT: method enables non-invasive diagnosis of subclinical intrauterine infection in the second trimester of pregnancy by determining MMP-8 in cervical mucus in women in the second trimester of pregnancy, which improves the accuracy of diagnosis of subclinical intrauterine infection, determines the amount of therapeutic measures.
