METHOD OF TRAINING OF PHYSIOLOGICAL PARAMETER SELF- CONTROL BASED ON BIOLOGICAL FEEDBACK Russian patent published in 1999 - IPC

Abstract RU 2124370 C1

FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: value of physiological parameter is shown on monitor screen as motion speed of one of figures participating in distance overcoming competition. At the same time figure of competitor who must be left behind at distance is shown to person being taught. In this case, motion speed of figure demonstrated to person to be taught is set depending on degree of approach of his physiological parameter to desired value. Motion speed of competitor's figure, in case taught person's figure lags behind by more than 0.6 per cent of distance length, is reduced. If competitor's figure lags behind by the same value, its motion speed is increased by 0.1 the difference value between motion speeds of figures of person being taught and competitor. Training is performed in several steps. In every step person being taught chooses competitor from list of competitors by their "sporting indices". If figure of taught person wins at distance subsequent choice is made by him from number of stronger competitors. In case of defeat training is started with first step. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of training. 1 dwg
