SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and can be used to increase the effectiveness of self-regulation in young people. The method is implemented on the basis of biofeedback. The biofeedback course consists of 10-15 sessions of biofeedback with a total duration of 30 minutes each with sessions 3 times a week. Before and immediately after each biofeedback session, omegametry is performed, on the basis of which the patient is assigned to one of four groups according to the level of brain activation. A special set of exercises, techniques and tasks conducted during the biofeedback course aimed at improving self-regulation has been developed for each of the groups. At the same time, for the patient, the control parameter is a continuous measurement of his heart rate with the presentation of the value of this parameter on the monitor screen in real time simultaneously with the target value to be achieved as a result of the course.

EFFECT: method provides an increase in the efficiency of self-regulation by determining and normalizing the functional state of the nervous system.
