FIELD: transport; units for transportation of fluid media, for example, to rocket or ship, etc. SUBSTANCE: device includes boom, drive and balancing unit which are mounted on base by means of hinges. Balancing unit is made in form of suspension with springs located on parallel guides between movable brackets. There is hydraulic buffer between the springs. Spindle of hydraulic buffer is connected with one movable bracket through axle and cylinder is connected with other movable bracket through rod. Articulated on boom is rod used for connecting it with detachable connector and telescopic limiter whose lower hinge joint is shifted in horizontal plane from axis of device; its upper end is articulated to rod. Rod is additionally articulated with detachable connector through shock absorbers. Spring-loaded bush engageable with cylinder is fitted on rod of drive. EFFECT: improved operational qualities. 6 dwg
