FIELD: space engineering.
SUBSTANCE: device comprises drive pivotally mounted on the base, balancing device, and boom. The boom is pivotally connected with the detachable joint through a tie and with the tie through the vertical and horizontal telescopic arresters. The horizontal telescopic arrester has cylinder, rod and shock absorber mounted inside cylinder, and ball lock mounted on the cylinder. The ball lock cooperates with the rod. The shock absorber is made of a stack of inner and outer rings having the same thickness and outer and inner conical surfaces. The rings bear one against the other. The vertical telescopic arrester has rod with the thrust and is provided with the spring-loaded lock that cooperates with the thrust.
