SUBSTANCE: invention relates to new derivatives of 4-benzoylisoxazole of the formula (I) where R - hydrogen or -CO₂R⁴; R¹ is -C_3-6--cycloalkyl; R² - halogen, n-alkyl possibly substituted with one or more halogen atoms, or -OR⁵, -S(O)_pR⁶; R³ is -S(O)_qR⁷; X is -(CR⁹R¹⁰)_t-; n = 0, 1 or 2; when n is above 1 then groups R² can be similar or distinct; R⁴, R⁵ and R⁶ are n-alkyl; R⁷ is n-alkyl possibly substituted with one or more hydrogen atoms, C_3-6--alkenyl of direct chain or phenyl; R⁹ and R¹⁰ - hydrogen or C_1-6-alkyl of direct chain; p and q = 0, 1 or 2; t = 1-4; when t > 1 then groups -CR⁹R¹⁰ can be similar or distinct, or salts that can be used in agriculture.
