FIELD: chemical industry, more particularly preparation of stabilizers for synthetic rubbers. SUBSTANCE: claimed stabilizer comprises mixture of spatially hindered phenols. Said stabilizer comprises 4-methyl-2,6-di- tertbutylphenol and 2,2'-methylene-bis-(4-methyl-6- tertbutylphenol), and further comprises 2,6-di-tertbutyl- 4-nonylphenol, 2-(1-oxy-4-methyl-6-tertbutylphenyl)-2'- (1'-oxy-4'-nonyl-6'-tertbutylphenyl)methane and 2,2'- methylene bis-(4-nonyl-6-tertbutylphenyl), the ratio of components in mixture being as follows wt parts: 2-16 4- methyl-2,6-ditertbutylphenol; 0-22 2,2'-methylene-bis-(4- methyl-6-tertbutylphenol); 35-45 4'-nonyl-6'- tertbutylphenyl) methane; and 8-33 2,2'-methylene-bis-(4- nonyl-6-tertbutylphenol). The present invention makes it possible to widen range of uncoloring stabilizers using cheap stock and to prepare general purpose stabilizer waste-free technology.
