FIELD: rubber-processing industry, more particularly manufacture of butadiene based-emulsion polymerization rubbers. SUBSTANCE: (co)polymerization is carried out at 40-70 C in the presence of 4,4'-azo-bis(4-cyanovaleric acid) as initiator in amount from 0.01-0.30 wt % per 100 weight parts of monomers and, as antioxidant, N-(4- anilinophenyl)dibasic organic acid monoamide or product of reaction of diane (co)polymer with molecular weight of 600-2000 containing 10-30 wt % bonded maleic anhydride, and with p-aminodiphenyl amine at bonded maleic anhydrides to p-aminodiphenyl amine weight ratio of 1:0.9-1.9, or product of reaction of maleinized tall oil containing resin and fatty acids in 1-2:1 weight ratio or unmodified rosin containing bonded maleic anhydride and p-aminodiphenyl amine at 1: 0.9-1.9 weight ratio. This product is added in amount of 0.1-5.0 wt % to rubber in stoppering stage or prior to isolation of rubber from latex. Method makes it possible to prepare rubbers by high-temperature emulsion (co)polymerization. EFFECT: good technological properties of rubbers. 15 ex, 1 tbl
