FIELD: petroleum processing. SUBSTANCE: process is carried out in two steps: first, water and then dissolved gases and air are removed. In the first step, initial liquid is used to eject atmosphere air, the both being then combined while maintaining weight proportion between summary intake of air and gas and steam released from initial liquid and intake of this liquid ranging from 0.00001 to 0.005. Velocity of liquid stream is maintained equal to at least 30 m/s and temperature of liquid above temperature at which pressure of water being removed equals minimal absolute pressure developed in the liquid without atmosphere air. In the second step, feeding atmosphere water into initial liquid is stopped while velocity of liquid stream and temperature of liquid are kept the same. Apparatus contains tank evacuated by independent evacuation means and having supersonic liquid-gas ejector. The latter is tightly connected by its outlet part with tank, by its nozzle block with filtered initial liquid-supply line from electric pump, and by its intake chamber with atmosphere through reducer and air filter.
