FIELD: methods of separation of liquid media containing components with different boiling temperatures; applicable in chemical technologies using mass transfer and rectification, for instance, in separation of alcohol-aqueous solutions. SUBSTANCE: method includes ejection and circulation of gas selected beforehand and pumped into plant due to its ejecting with separated liquid; transportation of vapors of low-boiling component with gas; separation of gas-vapor mixture from foam formed at ejector outlet; condensation of vapors of low-boiling component in cooled condenser; accumulation of condensed component in separate vessel; supply of gas for ejection again; maintaining of constant pressure in gas circuit of system; maintaining in receiving chamber of ejector of rarefaction required for boiling of low-boiling component. Device for embodiment of claimed method has successively connected tight tank, electric pump nozzle unit of liquid-gas ejector tightly connected with its outlet part to tank. Successively connected to tank are foam suppressor or foam settling tank and cooled condenser connected in its turn to tank of accumulation of separated fraction with surge tank installed on it and connected by means of tune with reducer installed at inlet of ejector receiving chamber. EFFECT: highly efficient method of increase of contact areas of purified initial liquid with used gas due to liquid splitting in shock waves. 1 cl, 3 dwg
