CYLINDRICAL MECHANISM FOR LOCK Russian patent published in 1999 - IPC

FIELD: locking devices. SUBSTANCE: cylindrical mechanism has following components: body with spring-biased pins which are radially located in row, cylinder which carries coding pins which interact with corresponding spring-biased pins, key having coding line of cut-outs, and lug which is connected with span-piece of lock. Additionally introduced into cylindrical mechanism of lock between body and coding cylinder is bush which is provided with own spring-biased pins and own coding pins located radially at angle relative to each other. In cylindrical mechanism of lock they are arranged so that coding pins of bush at turning of cylinder are located diametrically opposite to spring-biased pins of body and coding pins of cylinder. Spring-biased pins of bush at turning of cylinder also coincide in position with coding pins of cylinder. Coding line of cut-outs of key is lengthened. In this case, first part of key is used for unblocking and turning of cylinder, then key is introduced deeper and second part of key is used for unblocking coding pins of bush which is connected through lug with span-piece of lock. Aforesaid embodiment of cylindrical mechanism ensures higher secrecy of lock. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 5 dwg
