FIELD: radio engineering, in particular, digital signal processing equipment for processing of narrow-band signals with noise reduction, receiving signals with phase-difference modulation. SUBSTANCE: device has analog-to- digital converter 7, comparator 1, RS flip-flops 4 and 5, AND gates 2, 3, inverter 10, clock oscillator 9, counter 6, decoder 8. Goal of invention is achieved by introduced interface unit 11, frequency synthesizer 12, frequency multiplier 13 and phase measuring unit 14. Signal inputs of comparator 1 and analog-to-digital converter 7 are joined and serve as signal input of device. Units 1-8, 10-13 provide processing of input signal and generation of voltage for control of entire device. Units 7, 14 evaluates envelope and phase of input signal and generate digital output of measured results. EFFECT: increased field of application due to simultaneous measuring of phase of input signal and detection of its envelope. 2 cl, 5 dwg
