FIELD: stomatology. SUBSTANCE: material is an eugenol-based powder including antiinflammatory preparation, paraformaldehyde (antiseptic), barium sulfate (X-ray contrast filler), calcium oxide, and zinc oxide. According to invention, antiinflammatory preparation is mephenamic acid and powder composition is supplemented by hydroxyl-apatite and tricalcium phosphate. Components are taken in specified proportions and liquid basis can be eugenol mixed with powder at 1: 3 to 1:4 ratio and also sea-buckthorn oil. 1-2% thymol in quantity 1.0-2.0% can be additionally included, and eugenol or sea-buckthorn oil are used in powder composition at ratio between 1:3 to 1: 4. EFFECT: increased antiinflammatory activity and ensured optimization of reparative osteogenesis and immune inertia when sealing dental canals in patients with chronic periodontite. 3 cl
