SUBSTANCE: material for filling root canals of teeth in treating destructive forms of chronic periodontitis contains a powder mixed in eugenol and containing cetalkonium chloride or choline salicylate as an antiseptic and anti-inflammatory agent, chondroitin sulphate and demineralised allogenic bone flour as a bone tissue reparative regeneration stimulating agent, sodium cromolyn as a desensitising agent, in certain mixture ratio.
EFFECT: material possesses high anti-inflammatory, antiseptic, reparative and desensitising properties ensuring the reliable blocking of a root canal, arresting a periodontal inflammation and stimulating optimised reparative processes in periapical tissues.
