FIELD: powder spraying equipment. SUBSTANCE: triboelectric powder sprayer has powder mixing diffuser with conveyance slot, charging part positioned in the direction of flow of powder in diffuser, and powder sprayer head positioned at charging part outlet end for dosing charged powder. Charging part has inner core removably mounted within hollow outer cylinder so as to define annular space for providing powder flow between core and outer cylinder wall. Inner core and outer cylinder have wavy charging surfaces made from dielectric material. Annular space defining twisting path for powder facilitates contact of powder with dielectric and imparts charge to powder. Earthing is provided by surface conductivity of dielectric material through earthing ring positioned outside twisting powder path at charging part inlet end, where the major part of charging process occurs. Such arrangement of earthing ring prevents it from contamination and minimizes the value of charging surface. Inner core and outer cylinder are arranged longitudinally of and in symmetry with path. EFFECT: simplified assembly and disassembly, increased efficiency and enhanced reliability in operation. 10 cl, 10 dwg
