Each group of conduits includes two or more adjacent conduits with converging axes distributed round perimeter of at least one cross-section of body of device which axes converge and cross at angle of ϕ =30-40 deg at distance L0 from centers of outlets of groups of conduits determined from relation and , where d0 is diameter of cross-section of outlet conduit; is relative distance from centers of outlets of group of conduits to internal surface of layer of deposit in direction towards crossing point of axes of given group; relative thickness of layer of deposit; L0 is distance from centers of outlets of group of conduits to internal surface of layer of deposit in direction of crossing point of axes of given group of conduits.
