FIELD: mechanical engineering; pipe cleaning.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cleaning of inner surfaces of industrial pipelines. Proposed device has hollow housing, rod with stepped movable piston, inlet chamber and accumulating chamber communicating through discharge holes with surrounding medium. Rod is made double-piston, and hollow housing has two accumulating chambers. Summary area of end face surface of two pistons of accumulating chambers exceeds area of end face surface of piston of inlet chamber. Discharge holes of front accumulating chamber are made at angle of 90° to axis of device, discharge holes in rear accumulating chamber are made at angle of 45° to axis of device, summary area of sections of discharge holes of front discharge chamber being less than summary area of sections of holes of rear discharge chamber. Device is reliable in operation, features high "throughput", i.e. irregularities of deposits are not serious obstacles for said device.
EFFECT: increased capacity and quality of cleaning of pipeline inner surfaces.
