FIELD: mechanical engineering; transfer of energy between engine and power consumer at simultaneous automatic continuous change of torque and rotational speed. SUBSTANCE: torque converter is additionally provided with third reactor mounted on third overrunning clutch by means of spokes under first and second reactors between inner tori of turbine and pump wheels. Inner surfaces of tori of turbine and pump wheels have straightway holes over periphery which are connected with inlets of turbine wheel and outlets of pump wheel. Besides that, turbine wheel is provided with blade passages whose outlet angles exceed outlet angles of hydraulic flow hydraulically connected with inlets of turbine wheel.
