FIELD: heat supply systems. SUBSTANCE: heat generator has case incorporating cylindrical part, liquid flow accelerator in the form of cyclone, and braking device placed at foot of case cylindrical part. Braking device is coupled with outlet pipe connection. The latter communicates with cyclone through by-pass connection. Installed between liquid flow accelerator and braking device in cylindrical part of case is torsion device built up of separate units arranged in tandem. Each unit is a combination of two or more helicoids. The latter are spaced apart in circumferential direction and fixed in position relative to cylindrical part of case. New design features are introduced in helicoids. EFFECT: reduced space requirement and improved efficiency of generator. 5 cl, 2 dwg
