FIELD: automatic control of processes of separation of liquid polydispersional systems (emulsions, suspensions) in centrifugal apparatuses. SUBSTANCE: method includes variation of consumption of demulsifying agent depending on intensity of field of centrifugal forces. Initial liquid polydispersional system before separation in centrifugal field is subject to cavitation treatment, measurement of consumption of initial system and withdrawal of target product. In so doing, consumption of initial system is varied depending on its component composition with correction by its viscosity, temperature and pressure of system in cavitation cavity, length of cavity formed after cavitator. Changed is also the flow rate of withdrawn target product depending on its qualitative composition, intensity of field of centrifugal forces and thickness of layer of disperse phase running off the apparatus wall, and flow rate of demulsifying agent is changed additionally by the qualitative composition of withdrawn target product and by thickness of layer of disperse phase running off the apparatus wall.
