FIELD: biotechnology, microbiology. SUBSTANCE: method involves preparing a sterile nutrient medium, sowing a strain-producer of L-lysine and fermentation. An additional feeding biomass with nutrient substances is carried out on the basis of data of respiration intensity, aeration and stirring cultural fluid and maintenance of required values of temperature and medium pH. An additional feeding after sowing is fed continuously during in all fermentation cycle. Growth substances and carbon sources (carbohydrates) are fed separately at different consumptions on the basis of rate ratios of biomass gain and L-lysine synthesis. The yield of L-lysine is up to 46% of carbohydrate mass. EFFECT: increased yield of the end product in cultural fluid, improved output and specific yield of L-lysine. 3 cl, 7 ex
